Important Update: NYC Congestion Relief Zone & Rate Changes
NYC's Congestion Relief Zone tolling program is now in effect, imposing new tolls on vehicles entering streets below 60th Street in Manhattan, with commercial vehicles charged for each entry. To offset these costs and maintain our high-quality service, we will be adjusting our rates while implementing measures like consolidating NYC collections, optimizing routes, reducing re-entries into the toll zone, and communicating pricing impacts of special requests.
