Terms and Conditions:

  1. Grant of Rights:

    • The client grants DTD Fine Art Services the non-exclusive right to use the specified artwork for marketing purposes.

  2. Credit:

    • All uses of the artwork will include proper attribution to the artist as follows: [Artist’s Name or Preferred Credit].

  3. Modifications:

    • The artwork may be resized or cropped to fit the specified usage requirements, but will not be otherwise altered without prior consent.

  4. Ownership:

    • The client retains all rights, title, and interest in the artwork. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

  5. Termination:

    • This agreement may be terminated by either party provided that a request will be sent.

  6. Indemnity:

    • The client warrants that they own the rights to the artwork and that its use will not infringe on any third-party rights. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DTD Fine Art Services against any claims arising from the use of the artwork.
