Details:
EORI number' is short for 'Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number' and is a system of unique identification numbers used by customs authorities in the EU and U.K. You can obtain an EORI number from your country's customs website and you must include this number on the commercial invoice. EORI was primarily used for shipments within the British Isles and now FedEx announced inclusion of all European countries and announced Norway, Switzerland and N. Ireland (non-EU countries) as well. Needed are minimum 6 digit HS code, accurate commodities description and the aforementioned EORI # listed on the commercial invoice and house air waybill
